Hair Color and Oxidation
Because human hair is processed before it is used to make a hair system, the hair is more fragile and prone to losing its color through a natural process called oxidation. Oxidation occurs through exposure to the elements, chemicals and hair products.
If you don’t replace your hair systems very frequently, it is likely you may want or need to both slow the oxidation process, and/or recolor your hair system.
