In the past, old your commercial, they wear treated, with this stupid silly jokes,, about whatever they informational was about it, wearing a hair system. It is, no joke about it. Traumatizing, am very, delicate manner. This is the best informational, the you ever, produce, in the past, the smart remarks, jokes, they were annoying. They wear not respectable, make you feel, bad, about choosing to wear, a hair system. Congratulations, this is your best informational ever!

Thanks for doing this webcast. I am patiently waiting for my first hair system from HD and enjoyed the info you presented. Please keep doing these informative and frank discussions. I'm even more excited for my hair to arrive. Thank you again!

Thank you for this video

Personally, I think you should get rid of all the other videos, and make this the First of your series, the other vides our ridiculous and have swayed many astray from your site. The information , the honesty between you both was what sold me today. Use this as your starting video and call back yet another individual male who used a different type of system and goes swimming and your going to get a huge following. Needless to say thank you both for a 5 star video as all the others were a complete nonsense.

I'm wondering if HD will ever host a seminar or conference for hair wearers? I think an in person information session with knowledgeable people, stylists, consultants, etc would be a great idea!!
HD-Susan
Hi Annie--Thanks for the suggestion. That idea has certainly come up many times and we still knock it around! There's lots of logistics involved with that kind of thing but we do hope to one day be able bring people together in person to share experiences and help provide support to one another.

Excellent, informative video. You guys have great chemistry.

THis was great! So glad that you all shared these personal experiences with us. I remember going to the emergency room one time the first year I started wearing hair and I went through some machine and the guy said he detected 2 metal things on my head and asked if I was wearing bobby pins and I embarassingly told himt hat they were clamps in my hair. And they tried to make me feel better . The guy said his girlfriend cut all of her hair off to get a weave sewn in and showed me pictures and the female assisting him showed me that she had a boob job and so what if I was wearing hair big deal!they would they would do the exam and work around that. And as far as intimacy issues my sister told me if Imet someone I should never tell him which I do not agree on. But we will see when the time comes.

50LittleMama--Honestly, I have found that men really don't care. That said, you probably want to be comfortable with the person before you share your story. And they don't need (or want) all the details. You wear hair, that's all. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Glad you found the video helpful :)

I always go with a wet look gel without alcohol which keeps womens hands out of my hair, for some reason they do not want a handful off wet goo in there hands.
finally
All I can say is finally a open and honest discussion of what most of us who wear hair have been experiencing for all our hair wearing lives. As a hair wearer for over 20 yrs, I would like to say, thank you Susan and Chris for addressing the stigma and challenges - particularly of men wearing hair. As men, If we want this to be acceptable. Then we have to first accept it ourselves. Without guilt. Without shame. Without apology.
