What Store Should You Shop In?

In order to give you the best service possible, we’ve built three stores.

• US & Worldwide Store
• EU Store
• UK Store

Store selection is all about your shipping address. If your shipping address is not located within the region of the store you're shipping from, you will not be able to complete your order. See below for details on eligible regions for each store.

US & Worldwide Store

Unless you live in the European Union, this is the store for you! All orders placed in the US & Worldwide Store will be shipped from our US office.

All product orders received prior to 2pm, EDT are normally shipped the same business day. Orders received on Fridays after 2pm, EDT will be shipped out the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. Men’s Stock hair orders must be placed by 12pm EDT to qualify for same day shipping. If ordered together, men’s Stocks and accessory products will ship together.

Free Shipping Offer

Orders over $50 ship for free within the continental US. A free shipping method will automatically be selected for you, but you’ll typically still be able to choose between USPS and UPS Ground.

EU Store

Live in the European Union, but not the UK? You can shop in euros, and your order will be delivered from our EU Distribution Center.

All product orders received prior to 2pm, Central European Time (CET) are normally shipped on the same business day. Orders received on Fridays after 2pm, CET will be shipped out the following Monday, unless it's a holiday.

Prices and Currency

For EU Store shoppers, the 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been included in the price of each accessory product.

Although you are able to shop in euros, we process all transactions in US dollars, so there will be a currency conversion fee for each order.

Additionally, we process your payment when we ship your order, not when you place it. If currency exchange rates fluctuate between when you place your order and when we process your payment, the actual amount charged might vary slightly.
