Walker Great White Liquid Adhesive, White, 1.4 ounces

Holds like it has teeth

Great White is the water-based alternative to Walker Ultra Hold. Expect a reliable, secure hair system attachment that won’t let go before you need it to. And just like its namesake: totally waterproof!

People have reported hold times of up to six weeks with Great White. Body chemistry affects your bond, though, so you should plan on a two-to-four week hold.

This strong-as-a-shark-bite formula lasts longer than most glues in humid environments and for those with active lifestyles. If you’ve tried the Ghost Bond line, expect similar performance from Great White.

Two kinds of clean

Great White may hold like a beast, but it cleans up like a beauty. The water-based copolymer releases with soap and water, and without oily, smelly solvents. Solvent particles from past removals can interfere with future attachments, but there’s no worry of that with Great White.

Ever suffered from extended wear hair funk? It’s that particular odor that can accompany a hair system that’s been attached for a while. Great White is engineered to resist the bacteria that cause odor and irritation. It’s also latex-free.

No strings attached

One common criticism of liquid adhesives is their tendency to gum up, becoming “stringy” and difficult to apply in thin layers. Great White remains smooth and fluid, never stringy.

Great White looks and smells just like schoolroom paste, and probably tastes the same, too. But that’s where the similarities end! This is a serious leap forward for water-based adhesives.

Walker has made a name for itself with Ultra Hold, and with its impressive hairpiece tapes. Our customers have trusted Walker for years because people love to use tapes and glues that do what they say they’ll do.

Try Great White in this 1.4oz squeeze-cap bottle or the big 3.4oz brush-on bottle and tell us how it works for you in the Reviews tab on this page.

CeCe Does not hold very long, Ive clean my skin with 99% before applying the product. I apply at least 3 layers until tacky and it still only last for max 1-week.
miguel when you used this you dont have toused the oder adhesive liquit adhesived.this, prise is for the bother small or is justone zise,
Robert My experience is that it does not hold as long as advertised and certainly does not "clean up easily with soap and water". It IS less messy to apply.
Steven Five times better than the other adhesive I used to buy with the same amount of hold time and half the amount of clean-up time when it comes to removing the adhesive from my hairpiece.
Dianna I brought this product with the hopes of it lasting 4-6 weeks as advertised but unfortunately it didn't last 2-4 days. I found myself reapplying it at the baseline almost every night. The front is holding up by even the sides keep lifting. Returning for a refund today.
Dan I've been using this product (on a lace base system, HD03) for a few weeks now and I have to say it is the best “water-based” liquid adhesive I’ve used. It is very easy to work with, dries super clear, isn't very shiny/reflective at all and is really easy to cleanup. It dries much clearer than other products like Pro Hair Labs “Phantom”, which is supposed to dry “invisible”. The “Walker Great White” lasts only a few days on my scalp (sweat a lot and a bit greasy), regardless of the number of layers I use. And it will start to lift up at the front of the hairline once you start showering, even after waiting a full 24 hours for it to cure. The cleanup is amazing. I just use a little “Walker Lace Release” to remove the unit from my scalp and then either “Pro Hair Labs Ultra Safe” or dish soap and water to remove the residue from my scalp. The adhesive will come right off the lace using the mirror slide technique. No residue gets left behind on the lace like with solvent-based liquid adhesives. I’ve also used citrus based solvents like “ProTouch Adhesive Remover” on the poly portion of my base. It loosens the adhesive enough to mirror slide without damaging the material. Even though this product is amazing for being undetectable and easy to cleanup, I’m probably going to switch back to solvent based adhesives just because of my body chemistry and hold times.
