This is a rinse out conditioner. It is safe for damaged, processed, and color treated hair. Formulated to leave hair soft, manageable and easier to style. Conditioner II is recommended for both human and synthetic hair. It contains panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) which thickens and repairs human hair.

Directions:
After using your favorite PPI shampoo, apply to clean, wet hair. Wait one to two minutes and rinse.
