Hair System Shipping Costs & Policies

After your hair replacement system arrives from the factory, we'll ship it right out to you provided there is no outstanding unpaid balance on your account. Our hair system shipping rates are based on a flat scale.

Once you place you're hair system order, typical design and manufacturing times will vary from 6-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of your individual order.

Maintenance Product Shipping Costs & Processing

All of our shipping costs for maintenance products are calculated in real-time when you checkout according to the weight of your shipment, type of delivery you choose and your location.

All product orders received prior to 2 p.m., EST are normally shipped out same day. Orders received on Fridays after 2 p.m., EST will be shipped out the following Monday.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping on online accessory orders over $50 within the continental US. However, you MUST select "UPS Ground" as your shipping method when checking out. This free shipping offer is not valid on hair system orders.

We have a variety of shipping methods we offer depending on the urgency of your order. Available shipping methods include:

  • USPS Priority (only available to APO & FPO addresses, please call)
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3rd Day Select

PLEASE NOTE: To help save you money, we might occasionally change the shipping method you select during checkout if we know an alternative type of shipping would get your package to you just as quick, but for less money. We will contact you if we change your shipping method.

Hair Direct welcomes international clients and we can ship to many points throughout the world. However, there are some countries we aren't able to ship to.
