How do I get started?
It's easy. If you're already a customer, just call us and let us know you want a Standing Order Discount and we'll help you choose a plan that will work best for you.
If you're not a customer yet, you can send us a hair system you already own and we'll duplicate it. If you don't have one you want to duplicate, you'll get our custom fitting kit first and we'll help design a system just for you.

How do the order and payment cycles work?
The Order Date
Your Standing Order begins on the date of your first order. Each subsequent system will be ordered on the same day of the month at the frequency specified by your chosen Standing Order Discount plan.
For example: If you choose to receive three systems per year (one system every four months) and place your first order on June 1, your system would automatically be re-ordered on October 1 and February 1.
Payments are due each month on the same date of your original order. For example, if you placed your first order on June 1, your first payment is due the same day. Subsequent payments would then be due on the first of each month.
Your hair system(s) will ship approximately 8-12 weeks after the order date, depending on base size. However, due to fluctuations in factory production times, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.
Is my system paid off when I receive it?
Not necessarily. Depending on your chosen Standing Order Discount plan, you may receive a system that is not paid in full until your next payment cycle. But don’t worry! As long as your payments are up to date, your order will ship.
Can I change my Standing Order date?
Absolutely! Our Standing Orders are flexible. Just remember, if you change your order date, it will also change all future order, payment and shipping dates.
For example: If you choose to receive three systems per year (one system every four months) and place your original order on June 1, you could choose to change the date of your next order to September 15 (instead of October 1). Subsequent hair re-orders would then be placed on the 15th day of the month, at the frequency specified by your chosen Standing Order Discount plan. Your payment date would also be updated to the 15th of each month.

How do I make changes to my hair system specs?
If you'd like to make changes to the design of your hair system between orders, you have three easy options:

- Reply to the 10-day order reminder email you’ll receive before your next order is placed
- Email us at email@example.com with the changes you’d like to make
