Hi New2u - Hang in there as my first system did not have enough density as well.  I sent it back and my tech (Christie) took care of it and it came back perfect.  HD does have unbelievable customer service and their techs truly ''get it''.  They care about their customers - which is extremely rare these days.

Hi NN - I had the same experience as you did in that the tape (Walkers No Shine) was a easily detectable white strip across the front of my head.  I switched to using Safe Grip for the front lace and it has worked wonderfully.  Looks as natural as can be and I even find the clean up to be much easier than tape. 

NN - I would hope that you never feel stupid when asking a question.  I can understand your concern about potential safety of a product and it is a very valid question!  I am actually on my 2nd system from HD and this time around, I am starting to get the hang of it.  Knowledge truly is power, my dear.
