I've had this Full Cap for 2 years & finally I'm beginning to wear it alot now. I've had problems with the tenderness at the top of my neck & back of my head. But Bill suggested to have the back base cut in an upward curve to help with that. This has really helped. Diane & I have ordered another full cap with the back base shorten about an inch more. This should really help more. With the extra length of hair in the back it seems to work pretty good. I'm so grateful to be able to wear these. On a normal trip anywhere, I don't use any tape at all because the fit is so good. For swimming, which I do every day,( the pool is in my building) I take it off & put it in a plastic microwave container & stick it in my bag. I get out & shower & then slip it back on. It works for me.
