    Hello everyone -

     
    I have been purchasing HD hair and products for a little over 2 years now. I couldn't be more pleased.

     
    I used to browse the message board and the HD website freuqently until the changes a few months ago.  At the beginning it seemed as if all original functionality wasn't there and still in the process of being finalized.

    My question is.... I can log into my account...but none of my history (purchases, standing orders) are visible.. it's just blank..  Am I doing something wrong? I am selecting "All Transactions"....

    I suppose I could call HD directly...but I like the convenience of doing it online....

    Hey Frank

    Sorry about the trouble. Since we launched the new site we have been working on a considerable amount of upgrades (several of which are nearly ready to be taken live).

    One of these upgrades include changes to the "My Account" area of the Store which meant that we temporarily needed to disable everyone's Order History. Please rest assured that this information is still safely stored in our system, it just isn't available through our website at the moment.

    We do apologize for this inconvenience (I know how annoying it is when something, ANYTHING doesn't work the way it should) but we are working hard to restore this feature as soon as possible.

    Brandon, do any of the upgrades include where we (the customers) can check the status of our order online yet?  I know that you indicated several months ago that it was hoped this would be in place by fall.

    Hey Blondie

    If you're asking about your hair orders, specifically, then yes. This functionality is actually at the core of our upgrades this year. We are behind schedule for a fall launch of this but it is still definately a major area of our focus right now.

    There are lots of parts to this project and we do appreciate everyone's patience because this hair-order-tracking service will be pretty cool I think. At this point, our timeframe is unclear but we'll keep you all posted as we get closer to putting it in action.

    Yes, I was referring to the status of the receipt of our hair systems.  And, I won't tell if you won't that you used the CEO's name.

    Tim, personally , I think that would be a bit much. Anyway, what would be the purpose it's not like you can chat with them .

    true, it was more to get the community feel, as well as asking questions and  knowing if you do  stay on the site and wait for the answer if you see they are on-line

    SleepHello everyone! You guys have some great ideas to make our website even better! I'm giving your ideas that you had for the website to the head honchos here at HD.Cool All are wonderful ideas, if you have anymore definitely let us know! Just this message board alone, I can't get over how much it has grown since I started here! Yes Smile Keep those ideas coming!
