Hello everyone -
I have been purchasing HD hair and products for a little over 2 years now. I couldn't be more pleased.
I used to browse the message board and the HD website freuqently until the changes a few months ago. At the beginning it seemed as if all original functionality wasn't there and still in the process of being finalized.
My question is.... I can log into my account...but none of my history (purchases, standing orders) are visible.. it's just blank.. Am I doing something wrong? I am selecting "All Transactions"....
I suppose I could call HD directly...but I like the convenience of doing it online....

Sorry about the trouble. Since we launched the new site we have been working on a considerable amount of upgrades (several of which are nearly ready to be taken live).
One of these upgrades include changes to the "My Account" area of the Store which meant that we temporarily needed to disable everyone's Order History. Please rest assured that this information is still safely stored in our system, it just isn't available through our website at the moment.
We do apologize for this inconvenience (I know how annoying it is when something, ANYTHING doesn't work the way it should) but we are working hard to restore this feature as soon as possible.

If you're asking about your hair orders, specifically, then yes. This functionality is actually at the core of our upgrades this year. We are behind schedule for a fall launch of this but it is still definately a major area of our focus right now.
There are lots of parts to this project and we do appreciate everyone's patience because this hair-order-tracking service will be pretty cool I think. At this point, our timeframe is unclear but we'll keep you all posted as we get closer to putting it in action.
