    Hi,

i am using tape to attach. i use red liner and extended wear tape on the poly edge horseshoe area and it stays great.  my problem is that the front and sides don't always bond as well. Should i be wrapping my hair at night so having my head moving around on pillow doesn't loosen it? that's when i notice it.  after several days its lifting in spots.

also, i never feel like i fully get the adhesive residue off my scalp, no matter how much super solvent, dawn and exfoliation i use. also use alcohol and i am afraid i am going to cause irritation.

    thanks!

    Hi eroche@nutritionspecialists.org,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the front and sides not bonding very well. Wrapping your hair is definitely a good option as it will help reduce friction while sleeping but if you continue to have issues with the bond staying, we may need to recommend a different adhesive. I would suggest calling us at your convenience at 1-800-424-7436 and the first available Hair Replacement Consultant would be more than happy to help recommend something for you.

As far as getting the adhesive residue off of your scalp I would recommend using our Keepers Product Pro Solvent 2-in-1 Adhesive Remover. It is a skin safe solvent, scalp cleanser and sanitizer. It does not include any oil or alcohol so it is better for your bond as well as your scalp. Because it does not contain alcohol it should not irritate your skin or dry out your scalp. I will include a link for you below.

I hope this information is helpful to you! Again if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

    Warm Regards,

    Michelle
