When I was in school, I often permed my hair. I only went to school two or three times in high school. I used to have more hair because I was hotter and I lost some hair. With my natural volume, I didn't like curls and I often had nothing to pull my hair. , I now see my hair is damaged, very sad. The hair is not as good as before. Know how to help me.

    Hello MSHB,

I would definitely recommend avoiding any additional chemical processes (perm, relaxer, etc). I also recommend that you avoid using any hot styling tools on your hair to prevent any further damage. Also, using regular deep conditioning treatments at home such as the Nearly Natural Kera Intense Masque, 4 ounces (http://www.hairdirect.com/store/nn-keraintense-masque-4oz.aspx) will be very beneficial in helping to restore the integrity of the hair.

    Warm Regards,

Try to use vitamins and hair masks
