  • I use a fridge to harden the residue of tapes but won't have one in my hotel in Italy - any suggestions?

Hi - I don't use chemicals to clean my hair - I just simply take my unit off which is covered in supertape - even at the front.  I stick it in the fridge and in an hour the residue from the tape has hardened.  Then I can easily remove the tape with a microfibre towel.   I will be staying in Italy next summer in the heat so I will need to take it off and on regularly and will need some method to replace the fridge freezing that I do at home.  Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Wow I think thats a cool ideal to clean your hair , though When you say fridge, do you mean the freezer or just the fridge where one would put their milk !

Does it not hurt the softness of the hair ?

also I wonder have you seen less hair shed with this way of taking off the tape , since when pulling tape off hair in the regular way tends to pull a few hairs with the tape .

what are you putting the hair on when you place it in the fridge ?

Sorry I meant the freezer for an hour.  I don't put any thing on the hair before I put it in the freezer.  place it on top of a freezer bag in the freezer for an hour.  I have noticed less shedding and yes the hair maintains it softness.  But now I need a way to freeze the tape residue so it becomes hard without using a freezer - any ideas greatly appreciated.

what about getting a bucket of ice and putting it in the ice from what ever hotel your be staying at! I would think a bucket of ice would be very similar to a freezer at least for a hour before the ices starts to melt., Try it at home to see if that would work or while it may not be fun, you can always just get the tape off the regular way while your in Italy
