  HEADS OF HAIR NOT RECEIVED 10-22-2009, 10:36 AM I need to know if anyone had a problem with their hair delivery in August. How did you resolve the problem? Also, are there people still waiting for their October delivery?   Both of the hairs delivered in August were bad and I had to send them both back.  As of 10/22/09, I haven't received my August or October hairs.  I read on the blog that Babe had trouble in August and received a quick resolution.  I am sitting here without new hair for 4 months.  I have some important functions to attend with rattty old hair!!! Am I the only one?

  Re: HEADS OF HAIR NOT RECEIVED 10-22-2009, 3:20 PM Unfortunately, you are not the only one. Usually it takes us about 5 weeks to get remakes back normally. However, the factory was slammed with orders due to the hair sale and they have been trying to catch up. We have been trying to keep in contact with the factory to see when they will be shipping most orders. Do you know if anyone has emailed the factory about your order for a shipdate?
