Question for Curly Sue

Another question for you Curly Sue.  Also, is there a PM on this site I don't see?

I'm still waiting on my kit, but I am pretty sure that I want the hair you have in your picture that has the F-G wave.  Can you tell me what kind of hair it is in this picture?   Do you have them add some long layers into it?  sides too?  I don't want too much layering or I'm afraid it will get too puffy.

What color is yours?   I want the same thing, but have to go with a shorter length since I'm still growing my hair out.

I am also wondering what you ask for in cut when they cut for you.

Thanks for all your help.  It's appreciated!

    Hi Roxrog-

I'm sorry--I don't know what you mean by "PM"...please clarify.

The specs for that particular unit were:

Hair texture: Very Soft Human Hair
    Hair type: Indian Remy
    Length: 16"
Base: HD26 Full Reinforced New York Lace (You could also do this with HD03 Hollywood lace)
    Style: Freestyle
    Movement: F/G Movement (F=light wave, G=slight wave)
Color: #2 brown and #3 brown equal parts
Density: Front and Top Crown 110%, Sides and Back 90%
    Bleached knots
    No high def hairline

My own hair is about 4" shorter than the unit, just FYI.

I had that one cut in at a local salon but all they did was cut the bangs and angle the sides a little. I don't get extra layers cut in. For my curly units I ask HD to just trim the unit all the way around about 1/4" and angle the sides so that they are a few inches short than the back. Then I further angle the sides and cut the bangs in myself. You can also send them a photograph to go by for the cut.

Wow...THANKS, that was great!!!   Nice to know it looked that good with your hair being shorter under.  I will get a little extra length too.  I can always go shorter.

PM=private messages.  I'm assuming they don't have them since you don't know about it.  I was worried you might not see a post, but your good :)

No worries, I check several times a day usually. Last weekend I was away for a few days, but that's unusual.
