• ladyinred Member since 10/30/2007 Posts 132 Connect	stylist in Portland/Salem Oregon area? 09-19-2008, 1:38 PM Can anyone recommend a stylist in the Portland or Salem area who does cut ins?  I got a recommendation months ago from someone in Portland, but now I can't find it.  Nothing turns up in the search. Thanks!  Lady in Red Hair is a beautiful thing!
