i wear a hair piece with straight hair. last week, i got a hair piece from a local hairpiece salon and it is wavy. i can't do my normal style in it. it just curls up after sometime. i m considering cutting it short.

is there any way, the salon will replace it? i talked to the salon owner and she said she will teach me how to style it but i have a feeling that she is going to waste my time. she also said that the hairpiece will straighten up after some time.

my old hair piece has gotten bad and the new one looks funny to me. is there a way i can straighten it up? should i go for a short hair cut but then how do you blend your hair from the sides and the back?

i feel bad that i didn't order it from some place like hair direct

    Hi Tintin

Yes,your unit can be straightened. If the hair is synthetic the curl can be steamed to straightened. If it is human hair it can be straighten by using perm solution. In either case I would recommend you have it done professionally. If you don't know what your doing you could ruin the unit and they are too expensive to take that chance. As for the company you bought it from, do they have a warranty? If you received any paper work with the unit, check  for anything in writing that says if you are not happy they will replace the unit.
