  HD, site, and community 05-13-2008, 11:11 PM I was reading some of HD's press releases this evening and Bill is right on track with his statment: “The hair replacement industry is ripe for education and instructional content targeted to the end user, our new collection of videos will open up the eyes of many hair loss sufferers who have been stuck in the dark far too long,” says Bill Biesecker, Co-Founder of Hair Direct. You all can read the full press release here.  http://pressreleases.kcstar.com/?q=node/7131 Thankfully, Bill and company have created the site to inform end users (us) of our options and they also offer a nice selection how-to videos, client videos, and a great community forum. I have been so pleased with the service and support from this company and from its users. While I'm sure that there will be minor product and service issues since no business/product is perfect, I'll choose this company and it's products hands down over the overpriced alternative. Its refreshing and innovative approach of informing clients and prospective clients that this process is easy and affordable certainly has made my own transition from salon hair systems and service quite easy. We wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for all of the customers helping us to improve and grow. Wait until you see the rest of the videos that we are coming out with!
