    I received my first unit Four weeks back. It’s HD24. The unit was almost perfect .I went to Professional saloon to do the attachment and cut int. She did a good job. Everybody complements me that I have a nice hair line. I was very very happy ,Even there was little different things way I wanted it, Still the unit is good and I thought HD have given me a NEW LIFE , After that I joined the SOP plan 2 systems per every two months. I did small correction, free style and little wave instead of straight, as I needed one unit immediately to make up the time I did split my first 2 units into one stock unit and one custom unit. Yesterday I received my stock unit I was shocked. The density is little low and the color is kind of brown (Mine is black). Now the problem is my current unit which I am wearing, will not go longer than a week time .I was very much worried, I didn’t have sleep last night, Because I was happy with a HAT all these days now I cant go back to the HAT also, People are believing that I have natural hair, I called Britina this morning she told me that she asked me to send the stock unit back and she will fix it and send me the rush one. Kinda major relief now, but still I am worried that how they are going to fix the stock unit to match with my first unit and resend it to me. Also I am worried that how my future unit is going to be…………….Indifferent

    I definitely want to take a look at that system when you send it in. I'm certainly going to be giving you a call when that system comes back in to see what happened.

    Hey Peter,

    I can completely understand your concern.  I have a stock unit for a back up, but the custom pieces tend to offer the most realistic hairlines.  The good news is that in my experience HD will get you taken care of quickly.  I can almost guarantee that I'm one of their pickiest customers (just ask Lisa!Indifferent) and they have always taken care of me.

    Also, I think you may have more than just a couple of weeks left with the HD24.  Even the lace-based systems can hold up remarkably well when taken care of.

    Bob is exactly right! We will do whatever we can do to rectify a mistake and make you happy. Big Smile No excuses, sometimes a stock system can be a little difficult to have that "natural appearance". Embarrassed  Custom systems will have the high definition hairline and you can get whatever density you want. And like we spoke about with the color, I certainly want to take a look at what happened with it. And of course, get the system done correctly as fast as possible.     Thanks Bob and Bretina ,  You guys are giving me well enough encouragement. That’s a great about this HD community. We are well know about every other of us needs and concern.Yes.  I sent the unit last evening and HD will receive it by Monday.

    My HD24 is almost due now. I think i can use it for few more days. I asked HD to make some correction on the stock unit i received earlier, they are working on it .Hopefully i will get the right one, in right time.

    And I called other day Bretina and ordered two custom units which i will receive them in Mid of June, So that i will not have a problem for next two months, Since i am in SOP plan, hopefully i will be fine right after that. I have to manage somehow for this month to till i get my custom unit, Is anybody around here  ever wore a stock unit how the results turned.
