  All you new clients out there: 03-12-2008, 9:49 PM I know I have heard so scary stories and read something that would make your hair stand on ends ( if we had some). Well I am a new client coming in from one of thoes other hair clubs!!! I was with for 3 yrs. In all that time I was with them all I got for my money was a continuous hassle to move up to a more expensive monthly program.Somethimes I would get my hair ,  ordered for me and sometimes I would get whatever they  had on hand, and a BAD hair cut to go with it. I was scared to make the change but I did choose Hair Direct and am I glad I did. I recieved my first order Monday,and I am thrilled with the hair, the cut, and the quality!!!!!  It fit and it is what I ordered and it looks great. I wish I had time for a before and after but I am going out of town for several weeks , maybe later. A Big Thank you to Christie, Bill and all the ones who put it all together for me. I wish I had changed a long time ago, it would have saved me a lot of money and embarassment. hairnowguy

Its an unexplainable feeling when you get a great lid, and it all works out. :) I agree with you about getting the information out. we could save people millions, and get those other companies to have some standards and smarten up!

  Re: All you new clients out there: 09-14-2008, 12:30 AM I was a client of Apollo for 10 years.  I did like my hair technician, she was a riot and fun, but she didn't cut hair very good.  The attitude of the owner was horrible, I think they were shocked when I just disappeared with no notice after 10 years.  I don't think they realized they had competion (well, other than Hair Club for the rich.)  I popped in to Apollo just recently only because I wanted to say hello to my hair stylist.  I wish I had a camera to take a photo of the onwer's face when I rambled on and on about a company I found online called HD, and that the supplies and the hair was 50% less in cost!  Maybe the owner will think twice now when she gets power hungry.  Yes, we do have a choice now, thanks to HD!  You guys rock!
