Hi folks,
Quick question. If I ever decided that I would like my base to be a little longer in the back (say 1/4 inch) so I can move my hairline up a bit, do I need to do another custom mold or can the extra length be added safely at the factory?

I wanted to get back to you since I didn't see any replies yet. If it's just the base size that you are having problems with, you actually don't have to order the kit again. We can actually send you a cast mold kit. It comes with everything that you would need to make the mold. If you would like to make a new mold, all you have to do is contact your hair tech and she will be happy to get one sent out to you!

The base size is fine. I'm just one of those people that constantly second guess my decisions. I chose to have my hairline set back a little for a more natural recession, and now I'm wondering if I should move it up a tad.

For us to get the most accurate shape and size you should either do a new cast mold or a saran wrap mold. I will put the link below for the saran wrap mold. If you want the cast, just email me and I will have it sent out at no charge to you. I think we will be fine with the way we adjusted your measurements this time but I think you will feel better making a new mold. Take care.
