I just received my first disposable systems and must say that I'm very pleased. The haircut is perfect and won't require that I go to my stylist for a trim. The front hairline is amazing.
It's certainly a great product I received, but much of the credit goes to Lisa K. Thanks for working so closely with me to make sure my expectations were met!
Now to my questions - while the front of the system has bleached knots, I noticed that the back does not. I guessing that the knots in back weren't bleached in order to give the system more longevity. Can I have the entire base bleached on my next order? And is it safe for me to bleach the knots on the two I have or should I let HD perform that service?

Thank you so much for your kind words. I did want to let you know that on the disposable units all of the knots should have been bleached. I can make a special note on your order form to make sure all the knots are bleached from now on. I am sorry they were missed. Of course bleaching the knots does weaken the hair to a certain point. Keep in mind that the disposable units are meant to be worn for 1 month and then changed. You should have no problem with the longevity of the units. The disposable units are our finest lace and most natural looking. The bleaching of the knots is a big part of the natural appearance of these units. If you see any problems with your hair system, make sure that you give Lisa (or any of the other hair techs) a call. As Lisa can tell you, I've had a few minor issues here and there with mine too. However, HD has been excellent about taking care of them quickly. I guess this is how we help them to improve / stay a good a company!...
Remember, the units do come with a 30-day warranty, so if you spot any issues that you just can't "live" with, you need to address them ASAP.
