I'm glad that you shared your story about FEAR! FEAR is a very real element for those who are thinking about buying a new hair system, especially if you're an absolute beginner. Here was some of my original fears... Of course, they no longer exist. ;-)
- Can I do this by myself?
- Will the hair system look good and be undetectable?
- Is it really possible for someone to create me a hair system by mail?
- How will I attach, maintain and clean the hair system? (This is the main weakness of HD's website, as they need video tutorials showing attachment, etc.) I learned how to attach by watching "Bill's video" on the website, where he shows a white-haired gentleman getting his hair done. HD really needs to publish some videos showing attachments being done. This helps to give new clients confidence in themselves -- saying, "Yes, I can do this!"

Dusty, I don't think you have to worry...I know that the tutorial videos will be coming soon! In the meantime, I have offered to "show and tell" during my "de" and "re" process over a webcam. If anyone is interested, just send a note and if I find I have the opportunity (along with the privacy!) I'll be happy to do it again.
