One of my pieces is about 7 months old and two dark brown spots have developed along the front hairline. They are small and look like moles. My units come from HD and the knots are always bleached. I am wondering what these dark spots are. Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you color your system at any time? That may cause a dark spot to appear. Another thing is, could it be some dirt that accumulated inside a few knots? The glue in the lace hole could hold dirt. I hope this helps.

Camille, I have used Back 2 Natural a few times. I suppose a few drops may have discolored the front lace.
I'll check for signs of dirt built up.
