    Hi CurlySue

It doesn't look like it will come on time. I got an email with a ship date of september 1st, two days after my wedding. I'm pretty dissapointed, but theres not much that can be done, there really wasn't enough time. I found a hairstylist who said she will try her best with my system on my wedding day, but I dont know what she can do, this system is drying out and wont hold a curl. Im just going to hope for the best.

I'm still in love with this company though, don't get me wrong. :)  They've really done all they could to help me, and that means alot.

I know what you mean, they really do try their best and I know most of us who have dealt with other companies realize how much that means. I'm sorry your unit can get fixed in time, but don't let it ruin your day. In the meantime, have you tried the Nearly Natural Softening Solution? Before I came to HD I used it to help with a brittle unit I had. It was pretty well shot but the softening solution helped a lot and I was able to wear it for 3 more months. Also, my current unit was starting to get dry and brittle and I have been using Nearly Natural Moisture Mist (see my post in the Women's Forum from yesterday) and also the Nearly Natural Natural Sheen which replenishes natural sebum type oils to the hair. You might want to get them rushed to you if possible (I think you're in Canada, right?) and do an overnight treatment or two before your big day. If you can't, try to at least put regular conditioner on your hair, wrap it into a bun and leave it on overnight. That might help--just stay away from the knots. And like I said, try not to let it down...you're so cute, you'll look stunning and surely you be the ONLY one there who knows you have dry hair! Remember that!

Post pictures for us! (That being said by someone who's too chicken to post an avatar photo...ha!)

    Hey Trishie!

That's awesome, you look great. You're hair looks really nice! So glad your remake is great too. I just got one as well and I still can't tell if it's Remy...I need to take a class in Remy hair I think.

BTW, check out the new thread on Remy hair if you already haven't. HD addresses some of the concerns we have.
