  HD Service 08-25-2009, 1:10 PM I was very touched by the post of "flowers to Margaret" and thought how kind. I too want to express my gratitude, not only to Cindy, who is my hair tech, but to all of you at HD! You are one unusual service company that stands out above all other companies I have had to deal with, not just hair companies. And at 73 years of age I have dealth with a lot of companies in my lifetime!I ran my own business in restoring antique furniture for many years in the same manner, and I never had a bad customer(oops, maybe one!) and always got paid for my efforts. But the greatest satisfaction came from doing an outstanding job and having happy customers who were pleased. My hat is off to you HD (and Cindy) for your caring attitude and committment to excellence! ronm
