I've been meaning to post this for a few weeks now but I guess it is better late than never. People tend to only write things when they are upset or unhappy so I wanted to make a point to give praise to HD for it is well deserved.
I am relatively new (wearing for three months, dealing with and purchasing products for five months) and I am beyond impressed with how I am treated by the wonderful hair techs, the quality of the hair systems so far, the products you offer, and of course how fast you were to resolve any problems that I encountered which were all very small to say the least.
Thank you to the HD team. I feel so very fortunate to have 'stumbled' upon your website last winter. I am thankful that I have not had to deal with some of the other horrible companies out there and that I found you first. You won my loyalty and instilled in me a great confidence that you care about me and how I feel when wearing or using your products.
I heart you all. Since the subject of hair loss can be so sensitive I appreciate your professionalism and how easy you made the whole ordeal for me. You all rock!
