  is 1/2" round the back and sides of a front lace poly enough space to secure to head for a week? 07-02-2009, 9:02 PM Hi - I have just ordered a custom unit from HD but it will be another 6 weeks before it arrives so I had to take the plunge and get a stock unit else where - they cut one down to suit my size - its a front lace with poly at back and sides.  When they cut it down they only left enough room for me to tape it with 1/2" supertape - I usually use 3/4" supertape - will the unit be secure with only 1/2" supertape?  Any suggestions and help greatly appreciated.   Best Wishes  Keeper

• bosox Member since 6/14/2009 Posts 48 Connect	Re: is 1/2" round the back and sides of a front lace poly enough space to secure to head for a week? 07-04-2009, 10:40 AM if your using super tape 3/4 inch, that extra 1/4 inch  will stick to the overlapping  lace, but if you cut the tape to just cover the poly you will be fine.
