The costs that have already been calculated for your products are your total. There are no extra costs, ie.taxes.
Now that you have your products in your cart, all you need to do is proceed to checking out. When you checkout, simply choose the option to pay with your credit card. At that time you will be prompted to enter all of your information.
The shipping of your products should not take any longer than 2 weeks. However, every now and then things do take a little longer depending on customs.
