I have no idea if I am too late to be one of the chosen to try a sample of that conditioner, but I would be so thankful to try it. I have been struggling with my system and getting it to look good. I have ordered a bunch of products and I am not having much luck. My hair is just dry, dry,dry and it looks like a wig. It clumps together and it is nothing like it was when I first got it in May. Please let me try something and I will give you feedback. My Hair Tech is Margaret.

Ive tried the bluemax thanks to HairDirect, and i can recommend it greatly. The product smells really good, and the silicon sealer that is the best. The only thing was i had to look on the website here to see how to apply the sealer. If it was on dry or damp hair.
I never knew about the factory conditioner, I just happened to read about this post rite now.
Im sure HairDirect will sell this sometime, itd be nice to see a product also that makes the hair as soft as it does when its out of the factory. It would be another great option.

We have to see if we can actually manufacture it. All units that come from the factory, the hair is coated with this conditioenr, however we would just like to see when it is used more than just once, is it benifical to the hair? What does it do? How it makes the hair fell... ect
