I apologize for creating this thread. Its foolish, but I guess i was just making a point about price plans for different types of customers. But hair direct is a big online company, they have more expenses so its not fair to compare hairdirect to some other companies online that are run by sometimes only one person. They have a lot of support services here, and a very elaborate well set up web site. Im sure these services, especially to beginners and intermediates might be priceless.
However, with respect, I do still believe that perhaps there should be a way of targeting other types of wearers such as people who have been wearing for five years or longer who are only looking for quality, consistency and a good price and perhaps might not utilize all of the services hair direct offers as much as someone new to this. maybe thats the minority of people out there. but still im sure the newbies and others choose hair direct over other companies for the services, and will not switch even if hair direct had different pricing plans. all i think it would do is bring more customers over to hairdirect who are going elsewhere for a better price.
I'm just a new member here, looking for options for my husband's hair system... we've moved to Mississippi, and I may start doing things myself... I've watched his stylists do his sytems for over 17 years, and can cut hair. I was interested in the back and forth between you guys about the costs, and just to alert everyone, the website ultralace is virus/trojan infected. Went there to check them out, and my virus protector blocked the site and removed a trojan both times. They may sell good hair replacement systems, but their site is BEWARE!
I feel, after going through the decades of paying over 1200 per system to paying 500 for two lace systems ( which -if taken care of-) each lasts about 5 months, that hair direct sounds pretty good. Especially since the customer has a choice, can stop at any time, and has a guarantee. Seems like some people want to gripe about anything and everything. No offense meant, but if you don't want 12 pieces a year, don't get them. Simple logic...
