Hello everybody,
I am new to this and am using my first lace (Hollywood Lace) for the first time. I have so much problem with trying not to get that fake look. I have used and tested almost all kinds of tapes out there, the best one is the Pro Flex (no shine) which gives a normal look but it is rather thick and if you look up, the lines and the edges can easily be spotted. Then there's the Super tape, I have tried that one too, but still don't get that natural look that everybody is talking about.
Any suggestion as to what I need to do to improve my experience with my system?
I greatly appreciate any helpful responses.
Hawes380,
I might recommend moving to one of the clear, acrylic liquid adhesives, for your frontal area, especially if you have a lighter hair color / lighter density.

Hi Hawes,
Yes, each person seems to experience their own personal results with tape / glue. I agree 100% with Brian D. that you might want to try out HD's High Definition glue. This seems to work good for me (as it provides a realistic look), yet I'm not sure how to clean it out of the hair system. (I tried ProTouch Adhesive Remover, but it didn't seem to help at all...)
Brian, any suggestions or tips in regards to cleanup?

Thank you Brian and Dusty,
I have not yet tried any liquid adhesive and my main Concern for not trying them out, as Dusty mentioned, is the clean up process which I heard can be really messy and that it could also shorten the lifespan of the hair system too.
