Now if you have some glue/tape residue that has "wicked" up through the lace and gotten sticky at the base of the hair shaft after removal, what I have been doing is just spraying some Adhesive Remover directly on that area, leaving it for 30-45 minutes, then coming back and doing a thorough warm water rinse-through, then moving onto the Baking Soda Soak (several hours if not an overnight), and lastly using Nearly Natural Softening Fluid and a good hair-system conditioner. Note, this is my weekly routine (I remove my system once per week). /Brian
