I just wanted to take a moment and say how much I appreciate having a forum like this, where we can share ideas and advice with others. I love being able to compare notes with people who are as folliclly challenged as myself. Before joining HD, I wore hair for about 15 years. I don't recall ever talking to another hair wearer about the thing we had in common. This is such a personal thing that most of us are very secretive about it. I would notice other people who were wearing hairpieces ( especially the bad ones ) and I'm sure they noticed mine, but we never talked about it. Here we can share our personal experiences, while still remaining fairly anonymous. Except me, of course. The username they gave me is my real name. Oh, well, so much for being anonymous! Thanks, HD, for creating this great forum for us!

Hi Jeff, and I have to say that I feel the exact same way about this forum and its people. I am completely new to this. I have just started preparations for ordering my first HD system and I have absolutely no clue what I am doing, but thanks to this forum, I have a place I can go to for answers and advice without feeling embarrassed and where I can be as anonymous as I want to be. I also have to applaud the people on here who expose themselves fully in order to encourage and give people like me the knowledge that I need to find a solution to my hair poblem. And let's not forget the wonderful HD techs who leave no question unanswered!

The forum is awesome, its a great way to ask and learn. Many of us long term hair wearers are still finding good stuff that the guys here are posting. Im always amazed at the information some guys post, what secrets have worked for them , and the stuff they are experimenting with.
Whilest the answers might not come instantly they always do come. It brings alot of joy reading some of the good results and happy comments that someone new brings.
