  Update on My first system!! 04-17-2008, 9:25 PM Hi all!!  I am back with an update about my first system, which I had pretty much written off as a disaster.  I did get myself together, and had a friend help me with getting the hang of styling it and now I think my new 'do' is 'doable'!!  I am so happy that I didn't give up and go back to my trusty wig.  (There was nothing more depressing than taking off my hair at night!)  I do have a few things I will change on the next system, length and highlight wise, but I chalk that up to mastering this new art of "Hair Systems 101"-other than that I think this will work for me and my busy lifestyle.  Even my hubby looks at me differently now, and I don't mind saying that I like it!  I hope anyone who is entertaining the thought of trying a system for the first time will read this and take the plunge.  It takes some adjustment if you aren't used to wearing a system, but in the end it is well worth it! There is a definate learning curve when bonding and styling a new system but, it sounds like you found your "nitch" with the help of a good friend.
