  Just Got My First System and I'm So Upset....HELP!! 04-15-2008, 7:42 AM I was so excited to get my first system, but I think I have made quite a few errors when ordering this.  First of all the consistency of the hair is all wrong-my hair is more silky and fine whereas the human hair on my system is course.  I didn't add any highlights ( I wasn't sure how that worked), and now I look washed out because the hair is so dark against my face.  It really looks like the system has just been placed on my head, and other people say "What did you do?" when they see my new do.  I am so upset about this.  I have already contacted HD to send it back, but I want another system that will really work.  I hate to start the process all over because it took over 2 months to get this system and now I have to go back to my wig (which is a completely different color, so it will be completely obvious)with a partially shaved head underneath.  I just want to cry!!  Is there anyone out there who has been through something similar and can give me some advice?  I will appreciate any positive help that can be given from someone with more experience!  Thanks in advance!   Re: Just Got My First System and I'm So Upset....HELP!! 04-24-2008, 5:50 AM I have been at this for over a year and just received my most satisfactory unit.  I was to get four in a year, so far it is only 3.  I guess once you finally get it right you should get two at a time since it takes so awfully long to get a new one.  All of mine have taken over 8 weeks.  I have been relegated to wearing regular wigs in between.  I am a tenacious person though.  I think we finally hit upon something that may work.

  Re: Just Got My First System and I'm So Upset....HELP!! 04-30-2008, 2:34 PM Hi es76grl:   I'm sorry to hear that the unit was unsatisfactory.  That is the reason that we have the 30 day unconditional guarratee.  I know that is an inconvenience to you to send your unit back, but we will do everything in our power to make things right.  The reason it takes a long time is because each of our units are individually hand made by our factory in China.  When there is an emergency we can place a super rush on the system.  Usually, with re-makes we will send you a n/c shipping label to send your unit to us.  We will make the changes to satisfy your needs and we will place a super rush on the unit so that you receive it in a timely manner.  Sometimes the units come in right the first time and other times there are some things that we have to tweak to get them exactly the way you want it.  We always stress that you have a back up unit just in case a situation like this arises.  HD Hair Tech
