• Mac Member since 1/9/2008 Posts 3 Connect	Looking for Stylist to attach system & cut in Barrington IL area....Northwest Chicago Suburb 01-09-2008, 12:48 AM I am changing from HCM to HD and would like to find someone who would attach my new systems ( every 6-8 weeks) and give a haircut in the Barrington IL area....a northwest suburb of Chicago?   Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have a hairstylist who cuts my hair and cuts in  my new hairpiece purchased on the net. Currently she makes house calls to do this for me. I can ask her if she can do yours too if you like.   Re: Looking for Stylist to attach system & cut in Barrington IL area....Northwest Chicago Suburb 02-24-2008, 5:09 PM Try Bloombrook International.  They are located at 17w705 Butterfield Rd Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 630-705-0011.   They have mastered a very unique process of cutting a new system.  Once you have had a unit cut by Bloombrook you will never use anybody else.  It is well worth the trip and very reasonable.  Highly recommended!

  Re: Looking for Stylist to attach system & cut in Barrington IL area....Northwest Chicago Suburb 04-25-2008, 10:10 PM I'll agree.  They do have a unique way of cutting a new system.  They call it the French Feather Cut.  However, if you go there don't expect them to attach any unit with any type of lace base.  They just don't deal with lace (at least that's how it was in the past and I don't think they will change that).  So, put your system on at home and then go there.  Also, if you have more than one cut in, you'll notice that no two are cut alike.  As for me, I get a better looking and a more consistant cut from HD, but that in no way is a criticism to Bloombrook ... just my opinion.  They are a very dedicated family operated business and possibly worth a try if you live in that area and need a cut in.  As with any business, check out some of their clients and see what you think of their hair.  That should give you a good idea of what you'll be getting.
