A few months ago I got two units from HD and they were awful. Sent one back and threw the other out after trying to make it work. Yesterday I got another unit from HD and it's absolutely gorgeous! It's perfect and I love it. It was worth the wait. While waiting for the replacement from HD, I purchased a unit from a very high priced salon for $2400.00 and it doesn't compare to HD's product. Another cool thing is that the stylist I bought the pricey unit from said I knew more about attachment than she did. I told her I learned how on this site. Anyway, I wanted to thank Loretta for doing such an exceptional job and thanks also to all of you for the invaluable information you post here.

Its great that ur new hair is perfect and that your really happy with it. When you order your hair it does come with a money back guarentee, so if u get it and ur not happy with it they give you 30days to test it out. I would encourage anyone who isnt happy to send it back and call them on the phone to let them know that you sent it back and the reason why.

I actually just replied to a newer post about this. But, I'm going to post here again The Bills actually went over to China not too long ago to try and get this situation resolved. We are working very close with the factory to make sure the quality control is in control. However, keep this in mind; no two systems are going to be exactly alike. Because they are handmade, it's impossible for them to come out looking exactly alike. But, I do see where you are coming from if you get one system and it's correct, and then you get the other system and it's totally wrong. That's a problem. Like Peet said, we are always here to help. We don't ever want you to think that you can't call us or email us for help. We do try our hardest that if you get a system that isn't right, we will try our best to get something for you to hold onto until we can get your other system in. That is why we always suggest keeping a backup. We continue to help our customers the best we can while we are improving ourselves (as a company). After having been in several clubs and private hair providers for twenty years inlcuding the "big one" HC, I speak from experience that it is impossible for any two units to be made exactly the same. Does anyone remember 'the braid' systems? As far as courtesy, consideration and service are concerned, "Hair Direct " tops them all! I've recently been in touch with Loretta and Bretina regarding some minor problems with my units and one cannot ask for more from any company. They have resolved my issues promptly and professionally. I remember some rather 'snippy' attitudes in those other companies but not so here. These ladies have my congratulations and I hope to be with HD permanently.
