    I don't normally write feedback however I felt the need to publish this.

    I had an issue with receiving my second unit ( Only one was delivered ) and I am leaving on vacation this Sat. I thought the second unit would be here on Monday the 14th but then realized that I had not received notification from UPS that the shippment was sent. I call HD and my tech ( Loretta the Great! ) was not in so  spoke to Jena in shipping and explained 4rmy problem. I could NOT leave for vacation on Sat. with the unit I was wearing!!! She said she would check and have someone contact me right away ( YEA! SURE!!) About an hour later a Supervisor called me ( I forgot her name ) and said that they found my unit and I would receive it the next day  ( Tues) before 10:00 am. ( YEA!! SURE!!) At 7:35 am I received my new unit ( with Herseys Kisses) and it looks GREAT!! I am ready for a wonderful vacation now.

    I am very new to HD with over 18 yrs with that other club and I just want to say that I have never had this type of caring and customer service before.  Everyone did and outstanding job and I could not be happier. I have now decided to increase my supply of units and I am going to upgrade to Monthly ( 12 ) per year.

    Please keep your attention to customer service and you devotion to their needs and I beleive HD with be everyone's hair replacement company to go to.

    I also loved the chocolate kisses sprinkled in with the packing peanuts on my last supplies order.

    Glad you liked'em Big Smile we're going to try and do something like that every month to give all of you customers (who don't live in our area) a little local flavor. Here in Central PA we have so many great snack and confectionery companies (Hershey's, Reese's, M&M Mars, Hanover, UTZ etc etc).

    So we just figured we should share the love (and the calories Hmm).

    I got a nice little Christmas package from HD  with some really great mustard called  Betsy Lantz's Hot Sweet Mustard and that stuff taste fantastic. I'll take a gallon jug of that anytime. I'm going to see if I cant find some around here or maybe order it on line.

    Aano, my first hair system was loaded by crane onto my head in 1983.  I've been with HD for around 7 years I guess.  Sure, it is the best product and functional website on the planet, but I don't even consider another company because their customer service is so damn good.  To top it off, they are all nice people too.

    Yes, I agree HD is the best when it comes to customer service.  Any time I have a question, I just email them and they get back to me within 24hrs or less.  I usually email about when my next order is going to arrive and they let me know right away!
