Just a little FYI, if your have questions or having some  problems it's best not to email HD but better to call.

I had emailed them several times with no responce and when I finally did call them I found out  my files had been  transfered to another hair tech without me being notified, So call dont email

    Hi cableguy,

Yes, you are right! Most times it is better to call and speak to your hair tech rather than emailing. There are times when a quick response is required by a client and there is no better way to get that then to call.

Many times it is important for a client to remain with a specific hair tech rather than changing to different ones. This is done for the clients own well being so that all of the information that has been gathered for them is kept and followed for each and every order. Sometimes if techs are changed frequently there are also bits of information that can be unintentionally missed. Which can cause further problems for the client involved.

We at Hair Direct would never mislead a client or make decisions for them that were not in their very best interest. If there is ever a problem we are more than happy to work with a client to get things resolved.Smile

Thats it, best thing is always a fone call, and ppl from australia can do it pretty easy and cheaply also.

Calling cards are a great option, SUPERBUZZ is cheap.

And for those who have VOIP with engin or another carrier, im with Engin on a $19.95 plan, it allows me to call america for free, well to landlines.

Good to catch up with Gary and chat for over an hour a few weeks ago.

BtW, I had a disaster this weekend, all my clothing stolen from my washing line, all my overseas shirts apart from 3 that i forgot to wash, so u can imagine what kinda mood im in. In australia we call ppl who steal other ppls washing a snowdropper.

If its not HairDirect on top then its just not worth it.

Hey Pete, sorry to hear about your dissaster with the clothes  ( LOL, this is the only site that I can type faster than it pops up, I think HD needs to spring for  a bit more memory ) I cant do the clothes line thing, have too many trees which attract birds and my clothes would be slightly spotted. I also really enjoyed chatting with you didnt realize we had talked that long. Yeah, I guess the people over at HD are SO busy it's not easy for them to drop you a quick note  so it's really best to call which I will do in the future.

Pete I'd send you some clothes but with my big gut so big from stopping smoking ( gained 35 lbs ) you could fit a pretty young lady in there with you.Wink

I have a new high-speed Internet Service Provider (AT&T Uverse, also gives us digital TV via fiber optic, this is the new service sweeping the nation, or at least Milwaukee), anyway, a LOT of valid Emails were getting intercepted by my ISP's spam box.

Until I figured out how to access my personal spam box ("bulk bin"), there were many lost return-communications in there.  Including crucial responses from my Hair Tech, so get into your spam box folks if the Email is important.  And check it frequently.

    Hey guys and gals,

Brian made a good point, that he found some of our emails in his spam box.  I know this happens with a lot of yahoo and hotmail accounts.  We get thrown into the junk mail.  If you enter us as a contact you can avoid this from happening.  No matter what type of internet provider you have, it is a good idea to add us to your contact list.Yes

    Have a great day!

    Hi CableGuy,

Yeah, I've found that principle to be true with most companies...  ;-)  It's usually the squeaky wheel that gets the grease.   Smile
