WOW! Here we go into a brand new decade. Can it possibly be ten years since the Y2K scare of all the computers shutting down? This is the beginning of my sixth decade in this fun business. I'm convinced it's going to be by far the most exciting ever and that could be an understatement. The changes at Hair Direct, at least early on in the new decade will be rampid. The only thing that will never change is our core principles. It's through strict adherence to those principles that has made us what we are today.
We will redefine who and what we are. Our goal is to be the outstanding authority and provider of every effective, viable, practical hair loss restoration solution available and do it better and for less. If it's hair replacement surgery and we can find a way to do it better and cheaper then anyone else, you can bet we'll be providing cosmetic hair replacement surgery (transplants).
I spent the past two weeks in Panama where I was pleasantly surprised to find high quality, state of the art cosmetic surgery. I can envision, after hair replacement surgery a recovery vacation in a luxury Pacific beach resort. Flight, surgery and vacation all for about one half of what you would pay here for the surgery alone.
We will no longer just be a hair piece provider. In the past, our goal was to provide product that was at least as good as the best there was out there but do it for a lot less money while including tons of free information and education. Moving forward, we will be doing everything possible so that everything we provide will be demonstrably superior to anything else out there and at a fraction of the cost.
We will distinguish ourselves from the rest of the industry. Starting with the hair itself we are tracking sources in South America and Russia for some of the finest virgin hair I've ever seen. We are fervently searching the world for products, technology and developments in order to achieve our goals.
