Today we have a new hair tech starting. She will be replacing Kathy. Kathy had an extremely attractive career opportunity in a property management position that she just could not refuse. She was with us only a little longer than two years but easily became part of the HD family. Loved by all, Kathy will be surly missed.
Billy, Brandon and Melissa interviewed about a dozen qualified, licensed cosmetologists. As Customer Service Manager, Melissa made the decision to hire Lauren R. Rubenstein from the Regis Cooperation. Lauren started with Regis as a Beauty Bar Stylist and moved up the ladder rather quickly. As a trainer at the Beauty Bar, she held one-on-one staff meetings, managed inventory control, took care of customer service, was a team leader.
Please help us to welcome Lauren as the newest member of our team! It makes me wonder what Melissa was thinking by hiring someone with all that management experience. Looks like she wants to move up the ladder. I just hope she don't have her eye on my job because if she does, she'll have to jump over Billy and Brandon first. LOL
