Sorry it's been so long since I posted a blog. So I wanted to update you on what's been occupying most of my time these days. We are in the process of developing a new woman's program, a new men's custom fitting kit and the construction of our new office building (we're hoping to be all moved in by end of year!). The most important long term benefit that I have been working on for Hair Direct is our culture; one that's governed by principals through developing habits that support those principals. This is not a revolutionary but rather a long term evolutionary process. One of the many principles that we have been working on is to develop proactive and/or preemptive thinking within the organization and our client base. As an example, on occasions it can take up to twelve weeks to receive a new hair system order back from our factory. Then to make matters worse, occasionally the specifications don't meet the requirements of the client. This then creates panic especially if the clients' daughters wedding is next week. It just seems as though if it can happen, it will. (Murphy's Law) This is why it is vital for every hair wearer to always have back up hair systems. This will prevent ever having the need for an emergency. We structure our pricing to make it comfortably affordable to always have back up hair systems. Plus, it becomes even more affordable through our standing order discounts. Another extremely important principal that we have been working to develop is transparency. I would like to get into that now but Brandon (our marketing guy) tells me I should try to keep my blogs short. Since I'm sure our readers would agree, I'll have to save that topic until next time.
