We've made a profound discovery recently that 90% of our customers are only utilizing about 10% of our time and resources. I can't say how pleased and excited I was after learning this! We are very fortunate to have so many delightful clients. I need to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you.On the reverse side, there's about 10% of our clients who consume nearly 90% of our resources. We love these guys too and it's definitely not our desire that we should ask any of them to leave Hair Direct. At the same time we need to be fair to the vast majority of our terrific clients. Unfortunately, not everyone fits our unique way of selling hair systems by mail. Our "ready-to-wear, out of the box" model is 180 degrees from the conventional hair replacement retail business model.There are the unfortunate few (no matter how much the improvement) that have difficulty with change and can't seem to adapt to having the freedom and independence from a local hair retailer.To be perfectly candid, we could potentially help 10x the number of people we are now without changing a thing. The objective at Hair Direct is to help those who love their new found freedom and learn to help themselves through the aid of our website education and our phenomenal hair tech staff.We have a team of ten licensed hair professionals who I am very proud of and who have as much experience, training and talent as anyone out there.Anytime you need information or education on any area of hair replacement our knowledgeable, caring staff is always delighted to answer your questions and/or guide you to the proper education or instructional section on our website.The conventional hair replacement companies have always done everything possible to make their clients totally dependant by keeping them in the dark. Hair Direct's philosophy is completely the opposite. Our best customer is an educated customer. That's why we do everything possible to be transparent and teach our customers about what we do.It doesn't take long to find out that it's not rocket science like they were once led to believe. Now with Hair Direct, the clients have the control not the local hair retailer.
