When using liquid bonding adhesives always apply a clear tape against the surface of the hair system to make clean up easier. For the one week bond, first apply the clear hairpiece tape then one thin coat of liquid adhesive to the tape. Be sure to follow the drying procedures for toupee adhesives outlined in our learning center. For the two week bond, follow the same directions as above except use two thin coats of liquid adhesive instead of one. Again, making sure that the adhesive is dry between these two applications. For the three week bond, everything is the same as the two week bond, except for the fact that you need to apply a corresponding thin coat of liquid adhesive on the scalp then of course leaving it dry before applying the hair system. For the four week bond, everything is the same as the three week bond. The only difference is you will be using two coats of liquid adhesive on the areas of your scalp rather then one coat. Once more, making sure the applications are dry before applying your hair system.Very important, please refer to the hairpiece bonding instructions in our learning center. In my next blog I'm going to tell you about my personal favorite for dealing with hair system attachment.
Have a great hair day,
Bill
