Partnering with us is a great way to keep your clients happy and at the same time earn money through maintenance services such as attachment, removal, cleaning, coloring, perms, cut-ins and more!

Program Highlights

Through this wholesale program, we’ll take care of all the messy details like order processing, fulfillment and billing. Highlights include:

• No upfront costs or setup fees
  It costs you nothing to get started on this program, simply fill out and qualify through our registration form and you’re good to go!
• No minimum sales requirements or quotas
  You can sell 1 or 100 hair systems per year, it doesn’t matter how big (or small) your client list, and you’ll never be penalized for low sales volume.
• We pay you $500 cash for every 5 clients
  Consider it a finder’s fee… or just free money. For every 5 new clients you signup, we’ll pay you $500 free and clear.
• We’ll give your clients FREE technical support
  our offices are open 6 days a week from 8am to 8pm EST. This means we’re here to help your clients if you’re not available or in the case of an emergency.

How does the stylist wholesale program work?

It’s easy. You signup clients to any level of our Standing Order Program and help them get all the necessary measurements and order details to us. We’ll take care of billing your clients every month for the hair but as their orders come in, we’ll ship them directly to your location so you can help them attach and take care of final fitting, cut-ins etc.

We’ll always be here to provide toll-free support to either you or your clients. Also, you will be given the rights to use our website and/or existing marketing materials in your sales and client recruitment efforts.

You will be assigned a designated hair tech who will oversee your account. Our ordering process is very flexible so we will always be available to order hair for your clients in any number of variations.

Oh yeah, and in case we forgot to mention… for every 5 new clients you signup we’ll pay you $500 cash!

What about buying maintenance products?

That’s pretty easy, too. We can take orders directly from your clients (or they can order from our website). Our standard wholesale pricing for product orders is 10% off all orders over $500 and 20% off orders over $1000.

We have a HUGE selection of hair replacement maintenance products including tapes, adhesives, hair sprays, shampoos and conditioners and almost everything else in between.

Program terms and stipulations

We’ve tried to make this wholesale program as simple as possible. Unfortunately there are a few minor points all stylist wholesalers must be clear on.

1. You must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber in order to qualify.
2. This program is designed for stylists who want to earn money on the maintenance, service and cut-in/styling of the hair systems. All hair orders must be processed through Hair Direct and billed directly to the end client.
3. At this time, we are unable to provide any training on how to care for hair replacement systems. It is imperative you have experience working with non surgical hair replacement prior to joining this program.
4. Although we will provide sales and marketing materials for your use in recruiting new clients. Participating in this wholesale program will prohibit you from doing any “mass media” marketing such as national or statewide TV and/or RADIO advertising. Regional ads are OK however.
5. All our standard policies for returns and remakes will apply to your clients.
