Here’s how it works…

Our guarantee is based on a return policy. Hair systems can be attached, worn and cut-in and products can be partially used, but the item must be returned to us within the 30 day window before we can refund your money, order changes for a custom hair system, or do any kind of item exchange.

If you need to return a custom hair system:

  • Call and speak to a hair tech
  • Let her know if you want a refund or make changes to your system

Then follow the corresponding instructions for your request:

For changes:

  • Explain what you’re not happy with and what you want changed*
  • If you’re in the continental U.S., request a return-service shipping label via email so your return shipping is free
  • Return the hair system to us within 30 days of the day you received it
  • A hair tech will call you to receive your changes
  • Your systems with changes will be shipped to you free of charge

For refunds:

  • If you’re in the continental U.S., request a return-service shipping label via email so your return shipping is free
  • Return the hair system to us within 30 days of the day you received it
  • Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

*Additional charges will apply for changes made to your original order that exceed the original price, including additional hair length or larger base size.

If you’re in the continental U.S., call or email us and request a return-service shipping label so your return shipping is free. Return the item to us within 30 days of the day you received it and follow the instructions below:

For refunds:

  • Include a note in the box with the item explaining that you want the cost refunded via your original method of payment
  • Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

For exchanges:

  • Include a note in the box with the item and let us know what product you would like in place of the one you are returning*
  • Your exchange will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned product
  • Your new item will be shipped to you free of charge if you’re in the continental U.S.
