How we communicate and send packages to you

We will never make a cold sales call to you for any reason. All personal phone and email communications will be at your request, or meant only to conduct specific business that relates to your order or account with us.

When we call you, our representative will only identify our company as "HD Inc" or "HD" — unless they are speaking directly with you. Also, all of our postal mail and shipped packages are discreet and will identify our company as "HD Inc" or "HD".

Our Email Newsletter — We have an informative newsletter that is emailed every month to our subscribers. It's called Buzz Mail and we have a strict SPAM-FREE policy that ensures this newsletter will only be sent to you at your request.

It's important to note that due to the nature of this e-newsletter, and the inherent privacy of email as a whole, we do identify ourselves as "Hair Direct" and openly discuss topics related to hair loss and hair replacement.
